Reason for the mini dump folder was created empty while unexpected reboot.

Suggest me the steps to find the root cause of unexpected reboot in the above case

 

Unable to Access Mini dump Files

Over the past few days, I've been having troubles with BSoDs, so I went to see how I could fix it. The crashes happened while I was playing the same game, so I assumed that the game and the crash were connected. After finding someone who had similar problems,
I checked what their solution was, which was to send mini dump files to the people who were assisting him so they could sort through it and find the problem. I figured I would be able to do the same thing, but I can't seem to access the mini dump files. My
computer runs on Windows 8, and I don't think I have any viable applications installed to access the files, but I'm hesitant to go any further and install any extra apps in case they do irreparable damage to the system. Anyone have any ideas on what to do?

 

BSOD display. Used verifier. Got dump files ready to be checked.

• Have you tried to boot the PC in safe mode?
• Aside from changing RAM, what troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
• Can you tell us the make and model of your PC?
