    Hi Joseph,

    Wow, reinstalling all Windows is a big thing. Isn't there a way to only fix this dll issue so that I could run a checkdisk? I have faulty sectors and my hard drive that I'd need to fix.

    Such errors can occur due to permission issues, corrupted user accounts, or even corrupted files. To address your concern, we suggest that you try to run a CheckDisk to detect and fix disk corruption. To do that, the following are the steps:

    • Right-click on the drive that you need to check.
    • Select Properties.
    • Click on the Tools tab
    • Under Error-checking, click on the Check button.

    [Phone] Is there any way to run a checkdisk on a smartphone itself? Not the SD card.

    I have a Note 4 and I'm trying to run a checkdisk on the internal memory. Is there any way to do so?
