  1. Checking Media Presence

This started yesterday. I had left my computer running on a game while I was away for around 30 minutes. Then I came back to see a DellSupport Assist error. This is what it said."Dell SupportAssist has detected a failing component on your system that requires immediate attention. Go to https://supportassist.dell.com and enter the issue description below.Service Tag: 99QZ513Error Code: 2000-0142Validation: 128469Hard Drive 0 - S/N ZFL181MV, Short self-test unsuccessful."I rebooted the computer, and it first showed the "Checking Media Presence...." screen before booting normally. I checked

    Checking Media Presence

Every time I boot up my PC (an alienware aurora r7) it first shows the alienware logo loading as usual, but switches to a black screen that says “checking media presence” and sometimes it flashes “no media present”, but then eventually the alienware loading screen shows up again and windows 10 loads up as usual. This all began to happen after I got a BSOD, but it said there were no hardware problems. I already ran DISM and system file checkers on the command prompt to check for corruption, but it already says it fixed them. I’ve restarted and ran the command multiple times, each time saying there are no problems after fixing the corruption. But the “checking media presence” still shows up. Is this something I should worry about and is this even a windows problem or a hardware problem I should check on dell? Also, I’m very dumb with computers, so if there’s some kind of explanation, please explain with as simple terminology as possible, thank you.
