Windows 10: child account not visible in account.live.com/MyKids.aspx

Discus and support child account not visible in account.live.com/MyKids.aspx in User Accounts and Family Safety to solve the problem; I have 4 child accounts for my kids, all of them are members of my family group, and are visible in account.microsoft.com/family/.     I have 4 child accounts for my kids, all of them are members of my family group, and are visible in account.microsoft.com/family/.

    But only for 2 accounts the activity is registered, while the settings are the same for every account.

    I noticed that on account.live.com/MyKids.aspx, only 2 child accounts are visible, namely those who are working fine, so I suppose I have to find a way to add the other 2 accounts to that page, but I don't know how?

    Thanks for the suggestion, but I did the following instead.

    I have another laptop, 2 weeks old, with Windows 10 Home on it.

    On that one, I tried the same steps with the child account, and got the exact same results.

    I did set up a Child account, I did fallow all the steps window ask, the account say that the child is in the family, when I tried to log, give me the message "The Profile Service service Failed The Sign-in. User Profile cannot be loaded".

    Answering your questions:

    • Did you make any changes to the child account prior to the issue? No, I did not make any changes.
    • Since when you are facing this issue? Right from the start. I never got to login.
    • Are you able to login with other child accounts on the computer? No
    I suggest you to restart the computer once and check if you are able to login to the computer. I did, the same problem, I do not have any problem with my account or my wife.

    How to Convert an Adult Windows Live ID into a child's Account

    Hi,

    Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community.

    As per the description I understand that you want to change an adult account to a child account. I would like to inform that you will not be able to do the changes directly. So, you have to remove the account and add the account as a child account. To remove
    the account, follow the steps provided below:

    • Navigate to Start>Settings>Accounts.
    • In the left pane click on Family and other users.
    • Click on the account and select Remove.

    After the account is removed, follow the steps provided in the link below for how to add a Child account.
