    Child activity reporting not working properly.


    Hi,My child is using a Windows 10 PC with his microsoft account. He has a time limitation of 2 hour/day, and I've been receiving usage time reports on my Android Family Safety app. In the past few days, the app stopped tracking his PC activity even though he's been using it regularly. In the Microsoft Family Safety site a similar phenomenon is observed, in which it is indicated that the PC was not used: The time restrictions still work, and he's required to ask for additional time if the time limit is reached.I went through his account settings, and it seems everything is in order.
