Windows 10: Child's account has warning sign beside it however I can't log in!

I had set up my sons email address and it is within my family group. When it shows on my screen it has a warning sign beside it indicating it needs fixed.I don't have the password for this as it was I was able to switch between the two from my own log in.When I have to verify with password I can't do this. When using the next steps - He has sent no emails, I don't know previous password to which there will only be one. All responses I get is I haven't provided enough information - but I have given all I have and all that is available. I have tried multiple times only to be closed to future

Child account

I did set up a Child account, I did fallow all the steps window ask, the account say that the child is in the family, when I tried to log, give me the message "The Profile Service service Failed The Sign-in. User Profile cannot be loaded".

Answering your questions:

• Did you make any changes to the child account prior to the issue? No, I did not make any changes.
• Since when you are facing this issue? Right from the start. I never got to login.
• Are you able to login with other child accounts on the computer? No

I suggest you to restart the computer once and check if you are able to login to the computer. I did, the same problem, I do not have any problem with my account or my wife.

Can’t log into child account

It is possible that you're trying to login the child account using the parent device or computer. To properly isolate this issue, we'd like to ask some questions:

• Are you trying to log into the child account using the child's device or computer?
• Have you tried removing the child account from the family account and add it again?
• Have you tried logging in the child account to other computer to check if the credentials are correct?

Unable to remove child account from Family

Thanks Elise. Your suggestion worked. I contacted live chat option via "Get Help" app.

Just for others who read this in future I had performed the following steps to solve the issue.

1. Log into Microsoft Family Safety
   
2. Select 3 dots on the top right of child's card & select "Remove consent for this child's account"
   
3. It then warns, "You are about to remove parental consent for this child. They will no longer have permissions to access certain Microsoft sites and services."
   
4. Click on "Remove consent" button
   
5. Go back to Microsoft Family Safety home page. Wait for few seconds for settings to reflect. The child account will disappear from family home page.
