  1. childs friends email has taken over our laptop after signing into microsoft store

hello my childs friend logged into the Microsoft store with his email address on my childs laptop but used my childs face unlock as the password now his email address has taken over the laptop as admin and i can not remove it. we have been working with the other childs parents they can see his device then remove it but everytime we use ours it registers again on their family account also we are locked out of chrome and edge even though they do not have those restrictions set. when i hit the manage my family it takes it to our microsoft family. when i click on their emails i can only change the settings of can sign in or cant sign in. we have tried the alias option but it will only alllow our email address not theirs i am not tech savvy in anyway. they have raised a support case with micosoft but not much luck with micosoft suggestions.

Thanky you very much in advance if anyone can shed some light on this problem.

    :)

  2. App Store sign-in error, 0xD000000D

    Hi Suzanne,

There's a possibility that you are currently signed in on your computer using your local account. For us to sort this out, we suggest that you sign in with your Microsoft account instead. Follow these steps:

    • Open Settings > Accounts > Your email and accounts.
    • Select Sign in with a Microsoft account instead.
    • Follow the on-screen instructions.

Once signed in with your Microsoft account on your computer, try signing into the Windows Store app.

    Update us with the result.

    Regards.

    Email to my friend

The likely explanation is that you are using a different character encoding than
    your friend.

For example, you may be sending special characters in another language to
someone who only uses English, and they are then displayed as binary
    in hexadecimal.

I suggest to compare the email you sent with what she sees to find out which
    are these characters.
