  1. Childs PC and Parental PIN

Apparently Windows has an issue that I have yet to find a solution to...My child's PC has parental controls turned on. It wants my PIN to allow updates for games etc. I cannot remember said PIN and there is no option anywhere to reset it. When I choose Forgot PIN, it tells what to do when I am signed in. You know...Settings...Sign-In options...etc.News flash...that is not possible when you cannot get into the machine. I do not think I have an account on the machine anyway, just parental PIN. It's been so long since I set it up and I can't remember.I should be able to reset or change my PIN fro

add parent to exisitng child account

If you are talking about my family then you don't add the parent to the child account you add the child to the parent account. First go to windowsphone.com and sign in using the parent account, then in the top right corner click my family, there should
then be steps on how to activate my family and how to add the children.

    Childs PC and Parental PIN

I can't use certain features on Forza Horizon 3 due to parental control.

    Hi,

If you're using a child account, there are certain limitations imposed on your Xbox account. This could be the reasons as to why you can't access certain features on the game. To resolve this issue, you need to manage the privacy and online safety settings
of your child account by using the parent account associated to it. To give you an idea, only the parent account is eligible to manage the privacy and online safety settings of the child account. To get started, kindly perform the following steps:

    • Sign in the parent account on this link.
    • Select the Child account.
    • Make the changes that you need on the privacy and online safety settings.

Let us know with the result after performing the suggested solution above.
