Windows 10: Chinese language input error code 0x80070490

Having problem with chinese language input when recommended words dont come out while typing, follow these steps;go to setting > time and language > under preferred language, select Option under the language > scroll down to Keyboards > select Option under Microsoft IME > select General > scroll down to Compatibility > tick the box Use the previous version of MicrosoftIt is just the problem of version. Let me know if this works^^

Language settings error 0x80070490

Hello.

When I try to install the Japanese language pack on my PC, it fails to install the IME necessary to actually input Japanese characters using my keyboard. It gives me a notification which redirects me to the settings of the Japanese language pack, and when I attempt to click the download button under "Basic Typing", it stops after half a second to give me the following message:

"Sorry, we're having trouble getting this feature installed. You can try again later. Error code: 0x80070490"

This happened a week ago, so I'm guessing "try again later" isn't actually a working option here. What do I do?

1. Are these laptops connected to domain network? Yes
2. Do you get any error message or code when you try to install? It shows "Downloading Language Dictionary...(Thanks for waiting, and please connect to internet)".
3. Is the issue specific to Chinese Traditional input language? Yes, only for Chinese Traditional input.

Add and switch input and display language preferences in Windows 10 and
Language packs for more details. Please try adding different language and check if the issue persists.
