Windows 10: Chinese mic USB PnP that doesn't work at all

I just bought this new mic from a Chinese online store and tried to use it but it doesn't hear me at all. in this photo you can clearly see that it does not hear me while I am screaming right now at the mic.the first thing I tried is seeing the driver but it says that it is from Microsoft and there are no updates for it, second thing I tried disabling it and enable it again but also didn't work can anyone give me solutions please and thank you.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Chinese on European C6 ???

have C6, bought in Germany.



C6 doesn´t display Chinese signs, I also would like to be able to enter Chinese via Pinyin.



Chinese doesn´t show up on the available languages list.



Any help is welcome.

USB Mic Problems.

The next step is what I suggested originally. Try it in a friend's PC or take it to Best Buy and ask them to try it one of their PC's. Have to confirm the mic is working OK.
