    Chinese Traditional, Hong Kong SAR language never finishes downloading in Windows 11


    Hi, I try to add language of Chinese Traditional, Hong Kong SAR in windows 11, but it never finishes downloading despite I tried to update the latest version of windows 11 and restarted.I already set Hong Kong SAR under Country/Region.I also tried to follow a reply from microsoft community to enter Window Powershell as administrator and type Add-WindowsLanguage -Language zh-HK.But I am not sure whether my command is correct or not.PS C:\Windows\system32> Add-WindowsLanguage -Language zh-HK Add-WindowsLanguage : The term 'Add-WindowsLanguage' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, func

    Language availability for Chinese Traditional, Hong kong SAR

    I have followed exactly all the steps 1-9 form you link provided
    "They've already released a work around regarding the said matter. Please refer to this link: "Chinese
    (Hong Kong SAR)" language unavailable in Windows 10 clean install    ”

    However it does not work and the result is still the same. The selection for Chinese (Traditional, Hong Kong SAR) still remains grey out.

    Language availability for Chinese Traditional, Hong kong SAR

    Chinese Traditional Hong Kong SAR is not available for selection on my Window 10 Pro (bought 2 days ago) . I can select at the setting page (Region,language) by selecting Chinese (Traditional), then showed another three further selection that was grey out:
    Chinese (Hong Kong SAR), Chinese (Taiwan).....

    My Window 10 was remote reset by one of Microsoft staff and re-installed, still doesn't work.

    I believed it works in Hong Kong as millions people are using it. But I bought in UK with a USB. I am sure it will work world wide.

    Please help for a solution!

    Unable to remove Chinese (Traditional, Hong Kong) Language

    There is no error message. It looks as though it has been removed as it is not shown in the language list. But when I try to add Chinese (traditional, Taiwan), all three choices are greyed out. After I restart the computer, Chinese (traditional, Hong Kong
    SAR) is back in the language list.
