    chkdsk ETA is over 250h

Hi,I experienced some minor file corruption on my secondary drive Toshiba P300 4TB HDD and decided to run "chkdsk D: /r" to try to fix the problem. Everything was fine until the console stopped updating at Stage 4 "28000 of 528112 done". The ETA back then was 8h. The console updated again after replacing bad clusters, showing 48h. The ETA continued to rise with every update to now 266h.I have been running chkdsk now for 44h but there's no way I will run it for two more weeks. Are the ETA numbers correct and if not, how can I approximate the actual time left? And if it's too long, is there a sa

    ETA for 5970 water block?

Aquatuning lists the EK 5970 blocks eta 14th of december. For Europe, that is.

    chkdsk c: /F

It might be an error on the drive. We suggests that you follow the troubleshooting steps below:

    • Run Disk Cleanup utility to clear your junk files.
    • Open an elevated CMD type sfc /scannow and hit Enter to run the System File Checker.
    • Once the scan is completed, restart your computer. Remember to exit ChkDsk
      during boot.
    • Next, again open CMD as admin type
      Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
and hit Enter to repair the Windows image.
    • Now see if ChkDsk able to complete the scan.

Note: Before doing the steps, make sure you save a back up of your files.

Let us know how it goes.

    Robocopy and /ETA switch

I have a few batch scripts to backup or restore files, and for some of them, I have the /ETA switch in them as they will move some larger files. In W7, It would always give the time to transfer, but in Win10 (x64), this switch doesn't seem to do anything. When I do Robocopy /? it lists the ETA switch, but nothing happens.

My question is does anyone know if this eliminated this switch in W10? Anyone know of anyways to get it back (will robocopy from W7 work on W10 you think?)
