Windows 10: Chkdsk.exe Error 696e647863686b2e 532 and 6e74667363686b2e 17b4

Hi there,My external Acer hard disk have some issue and I tried several steps to resolve the issue. 1 recommendation that I came across was to use Chkdsdk.exe function. The errors listed below: A few other symptoms include: - Not being able to access the ext. hard drive - Take some time for laptop/desktop to reboot with harddisk connected - When ext. harddisk is connected to the desktop, it tend to lead to BCOD - Driver power state failure this error does not occur when using the ext. harddisk on laptop

Windows 10 clean install stuck at copying windows files at 0%

After the chkdsk, it says

An unspecified error occurred (696e647863686b2e 532). An unspecified error occurred (6e74667363686b2e 1798). Failed to transfer logged message to the event log with status 6.

 

CHKDSK not working

C:\Windows\system32>chkdsk D: /f

The type of the file system is NTFS.

I've searched for people with the same issue, but everyone seems to have different error code.

Any solutions?

I just run a chkdsk on my external hdd and during the scan it stopped and i got this error:

An unspecified error occurred (696e647863686b2e 10d4).

The paramenters i used were:

chkdsk /F /R /X

I tried to search this error but i couldnt find any information.
