Windows 10: CHKDSK /V /F repeatedly reports errors with USN Journal when run during system start-up

When running CHKDSK /V on the boot Windows volume, from the command prompt, no errors are reported. However, when CHKDSK /V /F is run during system start-up by running the command from the command prompt, and selecting run on start-up, issues are reported with the USN Journal. This is reproduceable, whenever CHKDSK is run this way. chkdsk /f is not running on startup. C drive error

System Info:

• Windows 10 Home
  
• Version 22H2
  
• C: Drive - Samsung SSD 970 EVO Plus 500GB
  

Issues:

• Blue screen crash
  
• Errors found in C: drive
  

Attempted Fixes:

• "chkdsk /f" command attempted multiple times via powershell, windows 10 system notification, and C: drive device properties
  
  • When restarting, the computer briefly displays the disk repair prompt and message before going to the login screen as normal
    
  • When opening the event viewer and searching for events under the chkdsk and Wininit, the only things found are the online scans. It appears as though the chkdsk /f isn't even running at all, as it creates no logs and fixes no errors
    
• "sfc /scannow" command used
  
  • Corrupt files found and repaired, but chkdsk issue persists

Stuck at Verifying Usn Journal...

My computer, when booting windows 7 runs chk dsk. When it's almost complete it stops at verifying Usn journal...

What can I do to make the system go past that point?

 

"CHKDSK is resetting USN information..." message stuck at 2%, what?

I did the disk check today (May 3) after a couple of attempts doing the CHKDSK thing.

I did the disk check right now using command prompt without doing the next reboot and I started it at 1:12 PM with no issues. But after at about 3:00 PM it says this:

CHKDSK is verifying Usn Journal...

Repairing Usn Journal $J data stream.

CHKDSK is resetting Usn information...

2 percent completed."

I have no idea what to do right now, should I stop the disk check? Will it delete all of its data? Or is it normal?

Please tell me what to do with this, I tried searching with this message "CHKDSK is resetting Usn information..." and... No results.

Now I'm running for like 2 1/2 hours (2 and a half hours) and no changes. Please help me!
