Windows 10: chkdsk won't run on restart, and drive errors still found

I checked my c: drive yesterday and it told me it had an error. we restarted it multiple times and only reached the part where it says "to skip disk checking, press any key within 5 seconds" then nothing else happened afterwards, just the normal restart. I saw another post concerning this and told them to type chkntfs /t:0 in cmd, and I've tried it but it still occured. Also, regarding on how i inputted the command on cmd, nothing else appears after I've entered, pic belowbtw I've also used cmd before boot and used chkdsk c: /f but it said there were no errors on it, but still, again, it still

It might be an error on the drive. We suggests that you follow the troubleshooting steps below:

• Run Disk Cleanup utility to clear your junk files.
• Open an elevated CMD type sfc /scannow and hit Enter to run the System File Checker.
  
• Once the scan is completed, restart your computer. Remember to exit ChkDsk
  during boot.
• Next, again open CMD as admin type
  Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth and hit Enter to repair the Windows image.
• Now see if ChkDsk able to complete the scan.

Note: Before doing the steps, make sure you save a back up of your files.
