How to stop 'Choose an Operating System' in Windows 10

• Do you get Windows 7 listed along with Windows 10 when you get the choices to choose an operating system?
• How did you upgrade to Windows 10? Was it through Windows Updates or by downloading an ISO?

Since you mentioned that it only shows 1 selection in the Boot section in MSCONFIG, we might have to reinstall Windows.

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
