Windows 10: Choose an option loop after factory reset

So I recently restarted my windows 10 lenevo laptop and when I turned it back on it is stuck on choose an option blue screen anything I try to do it just keeps going back to this screen like a loop can anybody help?

Hi I'm stuck in the windows choose and operating system part after I factory reset my computer and I wants me to pick an account but since I factory reset it there is no account and I'm stuck in a loop

 

Windows 10 Factory Reset Infinite Boot Loop

As you are facing issue with Boot loop, I suggest you to perform a Startup Repair by following the steps provided below:

• Go to the Microsoft software download website and create Windows 10
  installation media.
• Insert the installation media you created, and then restart your PC.
• On the Install Windows screen, select Repair your computer.
• On the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot>Advanced Options.
• Click on Startup Repair.

After the repair is complete, check for status.

Factory Reset 64% Loop

Hi,

Since you can't get past the boot loop, try to access Windows Recovery Environment and do a Startup repair by following the steps below:

• Press and hold the power button to turn off the device (If PC still stuck in the loop).
  
• Once turned off, power on the device. Once you see the manufacturer logo, press and hold the power button to turn it off again.
• Do this process three times then power on the device again to boot to
  Windows Recovery Environment.

In Windows Recovery Environment, usually you will see options like Continue, Troubleshoot, Use a Device.


In this case, please choose Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Startup Repair.
This will allow you to fix certain system problems that might prevent Windows from booting successfully.
