Windows 10: Choosing files to download for Drivers and Firmware

I'm trying to download Drivers and Firmware for my device but there is 4 files which I can chose from and I don't know if I need them all.

should I download all of them? because there is no much difference between them

they are named :

Win10_18362_20.081.14036.0.msi

Win10_16299_1900307_0.msi

Win10_17134_19.092.25300.0.msi

Win10_17763_20.081.14036.0.msi

with total size of 1.6 GB

I would appreciate any guidance on what should I do

Downloaded files disappear


When you download a file through any browser, there's an option somewhere to 'Open Containing Folder.'

In Windows, to find a file you have downloaded...

1. Open your personal folder by clicking the Start button and then clicking your user name at the top of the Start menu's right pane.
   
2. Double-click one of the following folders:
   
   • Downloads
     
   • Documents
     
   • Pictures
     
   • Videos
     
   • Music

If you do not see the file you are looking for, but know its file name, you can search for it by following these steps:
To search for a file you have downloaded...

1. Click the Start button
   
2. Type all or part of the file name into the Search box.
   The file you are looking for will appear in the list of results.

Applications need to be installed before you can set them as default. We suggest following the steps below for you to change the default apps in Windows 10:

• Open Settings.
• Choose Apps.
• Under Apps & features, click on Default apps.
• Select which default you want to set, and then choose the app. (You can also get new apps in Microsoft Store.)

If you want to choose default apps by file type (for example, .pdf files), here are the steps on how to do it:

• Open Settings.
• Choose Apps.
• Under Apps & features, click on Default apps.
• Under Choose default apps (at the bottom), click on
  Choose default apps by file type and look for the type of file that you want to change.

I suggest you to follow the below steps and check it helps.

To change the default location where downloads are stored on your PC, do this:

• 
  Open the desktop, and then tap or click the Internet Explorer icon on the taskbar.
  
• 
  Tap or click the Tools button
  
  , and then tap or click
  View downloads.
  
• 
  In the View Downloads dialog box, tap or click Options in the lower left hand corner.
  
• 
  Choose a different default download location by tapping or clicking Browse, and then tap or click
  OK when you're done.
