    Hello,I have a problem that is difficult for me to describe. However, the title gives a clue: Sometimes, the animations in Windows 11 when maximizing/minimizing windows are a bit choppy. I have two monitors: My main monitor has a refresh rate of 144Hz, and the secondary monitor has a rate of 75Hz. My graphics card is an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 with 12GB. About 40% of the time, the animations run smoothly and fluidly, as they should. But most of the time, it feels like the frame rate briefly drops when I minimize/maximize a window. It only lasts a short moment, probably in the milliseconds, b

    I suggest you to check the settings in Cortana and make sure all settings is turned on.

    Choppy Windows 11 Animations SOMETIMES

    Windows animation choppy after the build 1607 update

    Could anybody help me? I've found a solution to my problem but i don't like it.

    My problem:

    After the 1607 build update my windows animations are super choppy (Most of the time when i right-click, there's no context menu. Only the shadow. Every other animation is super laggy and sometimes there
    is micro freezes in everything i do. Also, my taskbar freezes totally after the update.)

    Temporary Solution:

    But whenever i open a full screen game, everything is super fine. But i don't like to do this every time i power up my pc. Is there any permanent solution?

    Further Problems

    Also i've noticed frame rate drops along with micro stutters in my games and slower internet speed after the update. What do i do?
