    Hey, I ain't no computer guy at all but what I gotta do man?Screen freezes and I never get a blue screen, it just results in me having to choke her out.I got this memory dump file? but I can't read it really cause I can't even open it, and if I could I wouldn't be surprised if it wouldn't make sense to me personally.The Reliability Monitor tells me about Hardware Error and unexpected shutdowns in regards to Windows. I made a folder on Google Disc after a recommendation from a friend. It's a memory dump and an XML from the reliability monitor.https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1ry3dEc_pKagb

    Every when i started Window Settings and choose a Standardbrowser they chrashes

    Updating from Windows 7 PRO on a chrashed machine ?

    I have an elderly machine bought with Windows 7 PRO and I updated it to Windows 10 sometime some years back.

    Now the HD chrashed and I have installed a new one.

    I still have the productkey for the Windows 7.

    What do I do for installing a legal Windows 10 on the new HD ?
