Windows 10: Chrome browser screen shifted to right

My Chrome browser is shifted to the right, so that I cannot use the scroll thing on the right with the mouse. I followed the directions given to another user who asked similar question, and it worked up to a point. I pressed "Alt" and the spacebar together, and selected "move" from the menu that came up. Then I used the arrow keys to adjust my browser to where it should be. However, when I go to the next step of the directions to close the browser, my cursor arrow is stuck on the tab of the open window, and when I try to move it to close the browser, it just moves the whole browser around. I had to push the power button which turned off the screen, then when I start again the browser is back to the right as it was at the beginning. I tried having my arrow over the "x" to close the screen before I used the arrow keys to move the browser, but the cursor automatically moves itself to the open tab and its the same problem. How do I fix this? I did notice when I moved the browser that it is larger than my screen, which it didn't used to be. I think maybe I accidentally hit something recently that made it do that, but I have no idea wh

Chrome screen shifted

Running windows 10 and my google chrome screen has shifted one inch to the right depriving me of access to the tool bar and commands found on the left side of the screen. Suggestions? (Cursor will not move the screen to right - I can move left and down.)

 

Google Chrome screen shifts to the right

I use Windows 10 on a Dell laptop. Periodically, my Google Chrome screen shifts a couple of inches to the right obscuring the upper right buttons. It will not scroll back to the left. How can I move it back to its normal position? Thanks very much!!

Thanks for the suggestion, but, no, that did not work. Does anyone else have a suggestion?
