Windows 10: Chrome Cache

Does anyone know if there is a way to limit the cache size of chrome with W10?

Are you sure? According to
here and here Google Chrome keeps its cache in: \AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Profile 1\Cache

or

\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Cache

(depending on whether you are logged into Chrome with your Google acount or not)

There's no indication the Chrome ever stores its cache in the IE cache folders. To me, it's almost as if Windows is copying
the Chrome cache for itself, for some reason.

Clearing the cache should fix this issue, This is how to do it on the following devices:

Google Chrome cache size

 

Copy the link and enter, you will see Max size in bytes.

chrome://net-internals/#httpCache

 

Heck I don't care what the cache is I always delete it soon as I log off.....*Smile

 

The more cache the better.

 

I didn't want to know the cache size, I wanted to know how to reduce it.

Go to the page referenced, modify the value for the max cache size.
