    Not an expert in protocols. But some AV vendors prefer blocking QUIC as it's in the experimental phase. W3Techs says QUIC is used by 8.1% of all websites.

    There is also a Chrome Flags to Allow/Bloc QUIC, which can be accessed by typing the following in the Chrome Address bar:

    • chrome://flags/#enable-quic
    You may do a parallel posting at AVG/Avast forum (if you have one of those programs installed) to see what they say.

    //I want to know that there is any problem if it is showing.//

    The policy doesn't cause any issues. You may ignore the "managed by your administrator" notice.

    I suggest you to uninstall the application and download the setup files or install directly from Internet explorer by following the steps below:

    • Open Internet explorer and type ‘www.google.com’ in the address bar.
    • To will get a notification on the right side of the browser to download and install Google Chrome.
    • Click on the notification and follow the prompts to download and install the Google Chrome application.
