Windows 10: Chrome keeps crashing but I'm not sure what's causing it?

basically what's happening is; the Powershell window will appear in my taskbar for a split second and disappear again, a few moments later, my current chrome window will close and then re-open on a blank tab.

Google Chrome crashes
