Windows 10: Chrome, Snap, 1809 and fullscreen video

I don't know how common this is, but i found a solution to a problem at least some people were having. (Primarily a couple of reports on the Chrome Subreddit, one of which i have answered with the solution)

I thought it might be useful to put the solution here too as a reference for anybody else facing the same issue.

Only affects (as far as i know):

Windows 10 1809, Chromium based Browsers and Windows (Aero) Snap.

The Issue:

'Snap' Browser window to display edge. Go to Youtube etc, and play a video. Go fullscreen. Exit fullscreen. Your Browser window 'grows' in size. Continue to enter and exit fullscreen and the windows grows larger each time. The side that was 'Snapped' to the edge disappears off the display.

The solution:

Turn off Windows Snap (Settings/System/Multitasking) and install AquaSnap. It has a free version which does everything needed here. Under Snap Method select Aquasnap Advanced. Now you have replaced the Windows Snap functionality with something that doesn't break your Chrome Browser!

Bonus: Also Hotkeys for docking windows and 'Magnet' effect.

Taskbar shows up in snap windows and fullscreen

I have further diagnosed that on my other PC with Windows ver 1803 compared to this 1809, whenever I snap a window , enter a video in fullscreen and then out of it, in ver 1803 the window resolution, placement stays EXACTLY where it has been left, however
in 1809 even with the problem mentioned above, the window position moves slightly.

Step 2: For the issue related to paying video through browser, try updating Add on in Internet explorer and check if it helps.

Apps that run fullscreen can't snap...

All the apps that open fullscreen in windows 10 ( meaning the little arrow on the top of the window next to the apps name) cant snap on my computer somehow. This is because I can access the top bar of the windows once its full screen so I cant click and
drag the window to snap. Is there a way to fix this problem?
