  1. Chrome Web page scrolls upon mouse click

The mouse wheel is too sensitive and there is no way of reducing sensitivity. The slightest wheel movement sets off a scroll, It even scrolls when I don't turn the wheel. Furthermore, Whenever I click on a link or button on a web page of Chrome browser, Sometimes the page scrolls by itself, making me miss the button click. This is really annoying, and driving me mad, what is wrong here and how could I stop the mouse wheel auto scrolling and scrolling upon mouse click ?

    :)

  2. scrolling mouse causes to jump to different web pages

When I am surfing web pages, using my mouse to scroll, it causes it to jump to other web pages. This happened previously and I reported it fixed. It had started working a bit when I plugged in a wired mouse. I have tried several mice with same problem
both wired and wireless. It does this in edge, google and internet explorer. Please help!

  3. How do I change scroll direction of a mouse NOT listed under Mice?

Thanks; yes, those are great directions and did work to change the direction of the wired mouse that came with the computer. But the mouse I'm using doesn't show up as a mouse in the hardware list, so I can't follow the rest of those steps. I need the mouse to appear on the list of mice in order to complete this sequence.
