Windows 10: Chrome wont open

I just came back from a few days away and I cant get chrome to launch whatsoever. Any idea what might be causing this or how to resolve? I have already uninstalled and re-installed but still didn't wont. I cant even get it to show up in Task manager processes, wont run as admin and if i right click the task bar to open a window that was I get this message: "The item you selected is unavailable. It might have been moved, renames, or removed. Do you want to remove it from the list?

chrome wont open and wont screenshot on chrome

hi i recently had a problem with chrome opening up ...it did not want to open up so i decided to got to youtube and look it up so it told me to go to cmd command prompt right click and run as administrator type in netsch+ press enter then type in winsock
reset +press enter and restart my computer the chrome button worked but only with administrator log in. .... i have to put in a password to enter my google chrome.... sigh... so i was like whatever but then in wont let me screenshot so i decided to just re
download google chrome...mind u i was on the administrator account so i deleted all my downloads so i re downloaded the chrome and now the icon is blank and wont open up but only on the administrator account... the other accounts it still worked with administrator
log in...so i tried restoring my download from my recycle bin.....didn't work so now i was watching you tube vids again and got the idea of deleting the program from control panel and so i did and it still wont open up on the administrator account......im
thinking of trying a new wording in the cmd suggested by a you tube video to restart the whole system for chrome but i don' t want to mess things up more than i already did because i know squat help pretty plz sos

 

chrome will not open

IK reinstalled the KB and a Silverlight update, no luck. I tried to remove chrome , again, using the suggested tool. Chrome was not on the list, I selected not listed. It wanted the product code. A quick internet search did not find it. I removed chrome
using the add and remove programs.,reinstalled chrome and ran the clean up tool, no malware. chrome now opens.. I have signed in and it is working. The second removal worked. thx

 

Chrome Wont Open

Hi , i installed Chrome ( try with Canary too ) , but when install all is fine , but when i reboot the PC , both Chrome or Canary wont open ( i open task process and the process is there ,i close it but no case ) , i try many things that i see in Internet but nothing get result . Help plz
