Windows 10: ChromePortable icon doesn't appear .

Hello & Thanks,
Windows 10:
I have Chrome Portable as default browser.
But when I create a .url shortCut or dragDrop one from Bookmarks Bar onto desktop ,
a windows default shortCut Icon shows , not the Chrome Icon .
I suspect that's because there is no entry in Add/Remove Programs screen ?

How can I Add ChromePortable to Add/Remove list ?
Or otherwise fix this problem ?

Windows 10 icon doesn't appear

I made my reservation for windows 10 but I updated the computer to solve some problems and now the message for the Windows 10 does not appear that the windows 10 is released will do the update?

1. When (exact date) did you purchase the computer?

2. Is it a Dell computer or...?

3. When (exact date) did you activate the "one-year McAfee antivirus subscription?"

4. In Windows Explorer [WinKey+E], navigate to & right-click on:

• C:\Program Files\McAfee <=this folder
  

Select PROPERTIES: What's the CREATED date (of the folder, not its contents!) displayed on the resulting GENERAL tab?

5. Is Chrome v43.0.2357.134 installed?

6a. Open Internet Explorer (not Chrome!) to this page =>

6b. What version is displayed in the Version Information box?



PS: KB3035583,
KB2976978 and
KB3044374 are prerequisites for the Free Win10 Upgrade - but there's no
rush. Even with the Get Windows 10 app installed, your computer won't be offered the upgrade until later this year. First, we've got to get all the other, security-related updates installed!
