    Chrominium: No matter what I do it keeps installing itself


    Hello!

    Lately, I've been having a problem where Chrominium, the malware program, literally won't allow itself to be deleted. I've tried uninstalling it in the control panel, I've tried deleting the app data in my files, but nothing keeps it gone for more than 15 minutes.


    Every time I do one of these two tasks, it looks to be gone, but then about 15 minutes later a chrominium pop-up "updater" comes up and just redownloads the app again.


    I'm at my wits end now because I've been hounding the internet for a solution, and the only solutions people give are to delete it in files or uninstall it and nothing is working. I'd really appreciate it if someone could tell me how to locate this "installer" somehow still on my laptop or tell me how to completely rid of it.

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

    The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

    Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

    Insurgency wont install and run for me....

    I have played and have fully updated CS and Half life 2....
    I am using the newest client and installed the SDK.

    I am completely blown away, if i click the desktop icon it starts the sdk and then closes, and it doesn't show up in my game list...

    First mod attempt install here, followed the directions step by step on the mods website...

    Any ideas?
