Chuwi Herobook Pro – Windows 10​

Problem started with lay-on keyboard overlay sticking down on one side maybe holding the page up and page down keys activated for an extended period.

First the remote mouse and kbd appeared to cause the highlighted selected item to be forced to the bottom of the list on Outlook inbox. Unplugging the dongles appeared to fix this and the inboard keyboard still appeared to work. Until I logged of and shut down and then tried to restart. Then it would not accept the correct password.

After reconnecting the dongles it got the password OK and I could restart. Below please find the two keyboard comparison

You can see in the top row that the 0 is an * , the uiop is 456-, the jkl; is 123+, and the m is an 0



Question, How can I reset the inboard keyboard? It looks like it’s translator is not working properly.

I did try changing the language without success.

Hi there,

Just bought a new Chubi HeroBook Pro.

Wifi disconnected during win64 installation and now I cannot connect wifi anymore.

Please not that the device doesn't have ethernet.

The wifi installation folder is empty. I re-installid windows but no changes

I tried to download wifi drives but thery arent recognised

i created an USB windows installation but it doesn't help

Chubi help doesn't assist either. They say the issue is with Windows and drivers.

Can anyone help?

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
