Windows 10: circulating.exe keeps popping up every minute and wont stop

    circulating.exe keeps popping up every minute and wont stop


    need help please as soon as i turn on my laptop i keep getting pop ups every single minute that says circulating.exe been going on for a few months and i just dont know how to stop it and its become very annoying any help would be apprecaited im on windows 11 on a ROG gaming laptop.Thanks for any help

    No Safely remove notifiction pop up, HAVE Icon

    1st suggestion didnt work at all.
    2nd suggestion works but after that when i stop the device the "normal way" its still the same, no "safe to remove device" shows up

    Exe files wont open

    Oh, i meant the installing exe's and yes i have tried clicking run as an administrator. Exe's for opening programs work fine. Recently my antivirus has stopped working so i uninstalled it. Whenever i tried to open an installator a window would pop up asking
    if i want to run this program. I think that the antivirus took the privileges so it can block the programs and now i have to get them back somehow. Sorry if there were any mistakes but English is not my primary language. Thanks in advance.

    SS3svc32.exe popping up on startup?

    Hi all! So, for the past few days when I start my laptop the file SS3svc32.exe keeps popping up and trying to make changes. It pops up twice (I click no both times) and then stays away until next startup. I looked at the file location
    and it's with a program 'Sonic Suite 3' which I don't remember downloading and when I went to Apps in Windows Settings neither are listed. Is there a way for me to remove it? Thanks!

    PS. I have Windows 10
