Windows 10: Circumvent bitlocker or find email

I don't know what email I used to sign up for my Microsoft account that I used for my laptop.Suddenly for no reason, bitlocker turned on and now I'm locked out of my computer, which means if I can't find the email and password, I'll have to pay someone to hack my computer to get it open which I shouldn't have to do. It's my personal data that Microsoft seems to be holding hostage, it's a big loss if I can't get it back and I'm not looking to use Microsoft in the future if Microsoft is going to hack my security features and enable an encryption that I didn't ask to be enabled.I've tried the res

We suggest doing the following steps again to resolve the issue. To complete the procedure, make sure that you have the following information:

• You must be able to provide administrative credentials.
• The drive must be BitLocker-protected.

To suspend BitLocker Drive Encryption on an operating system drive, please follow the steps below:

• Click Start, click Control Panel, click
  System and Security, and then click BitLocker Drive Encryption.
• Click Suspend Protection for the operating system drive.
• A message is displayed, informing you that your data will not be protected while BitLocker is suspended and asking if you want to suspend BitLocker Drive Encryption.
  
• Click Yes to continue and suspend BitLocker on the drive.
