Windows 10: Cities: Skylines 2 Ultimate Edition - Not able to use DLC included?

Good morning Microsoft.I have tested the PC Edition of Cities: Skylines 2 on your Xbox Store on Xbox Game Pass. Well we all know the Game has some issues, but i still decided to buy the Ultimate Edition after i played it a while.On this Version there is also the San Francisco Set included.I restarted the game and wanted to play the stuff included in that Set, but it wasnt possible.Also i noticed that my Edition is not changing. I always install the PC Edition even if i click on Ultimate Edition to install or play.I reinstalled now 5 times the game. In my folder for your games it also says alwa

Cities: Skyline windows 10 edition , Not available

So my husband and I wanted to both get the Cities: Skyline windows 10 edition on the xbox game pass for pc. For him it downloaded and installed, but for me, it says: "Not available at this time", which does not make sense as we are in the same house, city
and country. Any ideas on whats wrong?

 

Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate edition dlc problems (PC)

I have the same problem. Just bought the Ultimate Edition a few days ago, taking advantage of their Xbox Live Gold sale. Was able to download everything, dlc included. But was not able to access any of the dlc. Searched on line and YouTube for solutions,
but no luck so far. Even did the "manage game" option to check and was able to confirm everything was installed (nothing in the "ready to install" section), but still could not access any dlc. Anybody with possible solution, please help. Thank you.
