Windows 10: Cl.downloadergen58!

I have cl.downloadergen58! on my computer-now the only reason I know it is there is that on startup norton detects it automatically and states it is protecting me from the threat. when i scan it can't detect it. other scan software and norton techs can not find it. however, simultaneously to the norton dialog box coming up, i also get a system32/forfiles dialog run box that automatically starts coming up with multiple system32/forfiles where there is an error: access denied. I have tried resetting the permissions for system32, some it wont let me even as administrator and I have tried manually to find the downloader file without success. Norton tech state it is a windows issue as norton can't find any threats.

CLS-Selene, CLS-Atlas

Our IT department has put CLS-Selene, and CLS-Atlas on our computers. This has caused us to have to restart the computers & CLt, Alt, Del, several times every day and has slowed down the computers. Is there anything we can do to improve this?
