Windows 10: Clarification Regarding Joining Date and Payment

Hello everyone, I have just received the offer letter from Microsoft, which mentions that my joining date is October 14, 2024. I also received a call from HR Ananya, informing me that I need to pay ₹6,000 for GST. However, I have already paid ₹66,000 for the laptop, its GST, iPhone, and insurance.

• Did you contact your bank, like the message suggests?

I suggest you to retype your debit card number without spaces, commas, or other characters that aren't numbers and also verify that the billing address, expiration date, and name listed for your payment option are correct. If you are using a new payment
option, verify that it has been activated.
