Windows 10: Class Action

During the latest Windows 10 October 2018 update, Microsoft knowingly release an update that deleted personal data. Microsoft had reports of data being deleted and did not mitigate any customer losses by releasing this update. I personally have lost photos and data that I can never get back because it was transfered immediately prior. Microsoft will claim that people should back up data. My argument is we shouldn’t have to protect ourselves from Microsofts malicious attacks on our data and Microsoft should do more to protect users. My data is irriplaceable, I have suffered personal loss because of this and wish people wanting to form a class action to message me. The only way to stop this type of attack is to seek financial damages.

Nvidia Class action payouts. Anyone get theirs?

They likely issue them in the order they were received.

Like I said, class action payments usually take a year.

 

ATI class action settlement

This is not what the lawsuit that is actually supposed to give new cards is about.

The one linked referes to an HDCP claim on the products. Nothing ever surfaced AFAIK about the "price conspiracy".
