Windows 10: Classic file explorer white vertical bars in dark mode

The File Explorer in Windows 11 has got a visual bug in dark mode which, when accessing it from the Control Panel by pressing Alt + Up Arrow some vertical white lines show up and remain on screen as long as the window is open. They do not disappear or turn black if that method was done, however it is still possible to access the old version of File Explorer without the bug by opening a new window from that existing window or simply pressing Ctrl + N.Has anyone experienced the bug? I attached a screenshot showing the white bars by following the method mentioned above and it's been present since

File explorer in dark theme gone!

There was an option for choosing dark mode. I followed both suggestion above to the letter. But it did not fix the problem. Only Explorer is white. Which was the behavior before 1809.

 

Title bars of applications still white even with dark mode

I don't know why nobody is talking about it, but the title bars (of everything except the explorer) remain white even with dark mode on. It looks ugly. I don't want to use black accents.

 

Shortcut to explorer.exe File Explorer window doesn't display in dark mode

I created a shortcut to File Explorer so it would open on the D:\ drive rather than the default, ie

C:\Windows\explorer.exe D:\

and named it dexplorer.exe. When I click on the shortcut, File Explorer window opens with a dark top and a white file list and navigation bar. How come? explorer.exe opens completely in dark mode.
