Windows 10: Clean Boot blocking sign in.

Hello,I tried to clean boot my windows to move some files that were constantly in use so I could use a symbolic link to store them on a different drive. However I accidentally disabled the service that operates the windows 10 pin. It says "something happened and your PIN isn't available. Click to set up your PIN again" clicking the button waits for about a minute with a loading symbol before taking me back to the same page.No other buttons or options relating to log in are available and every now and again the background switches from blurred to clear for about a second.When I boot into safe m

Please answer these questions to get more clarity on this issue:

  Did you make any changes to the pc prior to this issue?

  In which user account are you facing this issue?

  Do you have the latest version of the games installed on the pc?
  

Some problems can be fixed by signing out of your account and then signing back in. Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete and select Sign out. Once you’ve signed out, sign back in to your account.

Suggest you to boot the pc in a clean boot to ensure that no 3rd party services or applications are blocking this.

Sign in to another user account to check if that helps.

You may create a new user account and check if the issue occurs in the new user account.

  Click on “Add a new user in PC Settings”. Follow the on screen directions to complete the process.
  

Once this is done, login to the new user account and check if the issue occurs in the new user account.
