Windows 10: Clean boot failed and now there are more problems.

So I have a windows 10 and I tried to do a clean boot to get my games and apps to show up in my task bar and get my internet to be on par with my phone, but it failed and now my Wi-Fi doesn’t work at all in fact there’s no Wi-Fi symbol at the bottom right any more and my audio doesn’t work, I’ve tried troubleshooting and it says it’s made changes to the PC but nothing has changed. Restarting the PC doesn’t work either.

List your specs out and tell us each step in cleaning you did.

 

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

Clean boot leads runtime error

I tried to use clean boot because I faced the configuration system failed to initiate. However, after I disable all startup and click restart, I cannot logon my window 10. It said I has a runtime error on visual c++. I cannot go to safe mode by press F8
+restart. How should I do to logon or go to safe mode to restore the setting? At least before clean boot. The clean boot step is suggested by logitech page.
