Windows 10: Clean Install of Windows 10 and current software.

My laptop reset from Windows 10 upgrade back to Windows 8.1. I have tried several times to upgrade again but in the final part of that process, it gives me an error (the number seems to differ slightly each time). I've tried the list of troubleshooting and still no success. I should state that one of the suggestions is to update windows until there are no more updates available. One of the hardware updates (having to do with my AMD processor) will not install, and for about a year I have not found any solution for that one. I've let this sit for over a year now but want to try again at this time. I created a USB clean install drive but have not attempted to use it as I am afraid I will lose my MS Office that is installed and I have not seen those discs around for over two years. As you can see, I am a disorganized procrastinator with an old laptop that needs to be replaced. In my defense, I did replace it a year ago and that one stopped working (motherboard). So my question is, is there any way to do a clean install and save my office software that can't be reinstalled?

As far as I am aware there is no Windows 10 Pro version.
But I'd be happy to be wrong.

I have bought a legit "Windows 10 Pro" key of a key website. It is legit since i'm currently using it for over a year now. I currently have Windows 10 Pro installed on my PC and I want to do a clean install. I just can't find the windows 10 Pro download in the tool. But if i could use a windows 10 pro key with a normal windows 10 install, I'll be good to go.
