Windows 10: Clean installed WIN 7 now cannot get upgrade option for WIN 10

On the first upgrade here that actually went on back at the end of July I ended up trying the in place upgrade to repair type install and that went well for a change seemingly "bug free". BUT! It simply wouldn't activate during that first week and by the weekend knew it was time again for the "clean install"! That activated within a day!

Since then the second desktop and laptop seeing two initial upgrades and 5 clean installs two on the desktop and three one the 32bit on the laptop that had been running the 32bit 7 was then to see the second clean install become the 64bit followed by a need to nuke the OEM primary off the drive when you couldn't shrink it or grow it to fill in where the other small OEM and 3rd party ware parts had been. In each case however upon arriving at the desktop for the first time and checking all went well finding them all acitvated by the time the set up was finished!

Surprisingly other then the repair install on the first system the second desktop not the laptop however saw a totally bug free upgrade the first time around! I had put a clean install on a second primary created to test the notation you could use the same media on various machines without seeing an upgrade on each one separately? FALSE! Mandatory! The first clean install only confirmed what I already knew!
