Windows 10: Clean reinstall Windows 10 without losing license of Windows 10 and Office Home and Student

We have an HP laptop with Windows 10 and OHS license. Suddenly it wont boot to Windows. We already tried many attempts to repair but failed. If we clean reinstall the Windows do we still have our Windows 10 and OHS license?

Just want to make sure if it still valid and work for OHS 2019 too. I think its Windows 10 Home but how to make sure what kind of Windows in our laptop because there are many version of Windows . I dont know where to download OHS and the product key also.

Can't get to Windows Update (GWX) without Windows already installed. I believe GWX operates off the Windows 7/8.1 key and does not generate a new one for Windows 10; therefore, there is nothing to even input into Windows 10 activator should you do a clean install. It simply isn't permitted.

Those are OEM System Builder licenses. So long as the motherboard works, the operating system can be reinstalled indefinite number of times from any install medium. We're talking about a special Windows 10 upgrade license.

As reported yesterday, Microsoft changed the way how they license Windows 10 to their OEM partners. But buckle in folks, the changes just keep on coming. In what looks like an effort to push Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 owners to upgrade, Microsoft has officially announced that Office 2019 will only work on machines with Windows 10 and the next LTSC release of Windows Server. That's only the tip of the iceberg though. Unlike previous version of Office that came with 10 years of support, Office 2019's support lifecycle is shortened to five years of mainstream support and two years of extended support. Additionally, the client applications are only available with a Click-to-Run installer. However, Microsoft will continue to provide a MSI installer for the server applications.
