Windows 10: Clean up of the C Drive : enough to erase Outlook new, emails and the rest?

Hello to all,I recently got a laptop I need to return, after it started malfunctioning earlier this week. It operates under the 'new' Snapdraggon processor. Would constantaly shut off, become very warm, taking ages to boot or to shut off.I tried to reset it, like I have done in the past, under System, and reinitialise it, but to no avail, I got a message it couldn't be completed. I then got rid of files and emptied the bin, but of course, that's not enough. Even if I was off line, the Outlook new app would open, and I would see all my emails. Because of this malfunctioning, it was impossible

Group Email In Outlook 2016? Need Help!

Hi guys,

I have a client with a problem in outlook 2016 with her not been able to do a group email. She said she could just click on the group button on version 2007 outlook and then (I guess) select the group of people you wish to send a email to. But in this new version she cant as the group button or selection is greyed out. I honestly have no clue as I don't use the program but was wondering if anyone on here has any idea?

I have uploaded a pic of a screen shot of her outlook 2016 with the greyed out group option.

If anyone has any clue or suggestions to give me to give to her that would be great *Smile

Outlook inbox is not displaying new emails

What version of Outlook are you using (About Office: What version of Office am I using? - Microsoft Support)? For Outlook 2016, Outlook 2019, Outlook 2021, and Outlook 365, the file location is consistent: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\Office16 (for 32-bit Windows) or C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\root\Office16 (for 64-bit Windows).

For previous versions of Outlook, the file path is as described. It is located at C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\OfficeXX for 32-bit systems and C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\root\OfficeXX for 64-bit systems.

Repairing or reinstalling Microsoft Office will typically not have an impact on your email.
