    Keyboard delay

That is correct, you need to visit your manufacturer's website and download the latest driver that will be compatible with your device. With regards to your question, if it’s possible that the issue is because of a virus or dust, you may run a thorough scan
on your device using a trusted anti-virus and clean the top of your laptop keys, using isopropyl alcohol. Soak it up into a soft, dust-free cloth, or use a cotton swab and gently rub the key tops. Try not to drip any alcohol inside the keyboard, and never
use a spray cleaner directly on the keyboard.

Let us know if there is anything else we can do to assist.

    Indra,

Preferably, use denatured alcohol or a 95% alcohol solution. Denatured alcohol may be purchased at any hardware store and is used to clean electronics because it evaporates quickly and leaves no residue. It will not harm a mobile phone.Distilled water also displaces
water and is a viable alternative because it is non-conductive. Prolonged exposure to other liquids will cause corrosion of the copper traces within the mobile phone, and will most likely cease its operation.

NOTE:You should check to see what the alcohol is denatured with. If it is anything other than methanol (some are denatured with very hazardous chemicals such as methyl ethelyne ketone [MEK]) you should not use it, as some denaturants can melt plastics. Most
drugstores or larger retailers carry 91% rubbing alcohol. Regular rubbing alcohol is only 70% and is not recommended.

Well try a different keyboard, sound like you might have screw this one up. Alcohol evaporates fairly quickly. If you turned on your notebook while all was wet you could have done fatal damages to your keyboard

  5. The higher strength rubbing alcohol 90% or greater will dissolve plastics and some micro solder joints. From experience. Canned air and screen wipes only on this keyboard.

You COULD take the first step of hanging it up (in the breeze of a fan even) to dry, hope for the best, and try it again in the morning. If no dice then, might have to go get a new keyboard.
