Windows 10: Cleanup TrayWnd error when turning off the computer. Windows 10

My name is Maksim. About 2 weeks ago, problems started when turning off the computer. The message appears: Closing 1 application and shutting down. To return and save data, click the "Cancel" button. Cleanup TrayWnd This application does not allow you to turn off the computer. And the computer does not turn off at all. You have to hold down the power button. The error appears spontaneously and not regularly.
