Windows 10: cleared admins BIOS password and did not set a new one locked out Insignia tablet

Insignia NS-P10W8100 EditionWindows 10 HomeVersion2009OS Build10.0.19045.3636System typeNS-P10W8100RAM2 GBSerial number17H14AA000502 I've tried factory reset it doesn't respond to keys I've tried entering bios on Startup it doesn't respond to keys I'm using the external keyboard not the internal one cuz internal one is broken touch screen is also broken if I press on he'll buy them up buying them down and password boot it just gets stuck there enter password three times and then it just gets stuck there until I reset cannot get past enter password for bios cleared administrative password did

Nuvision Bios locked by password

I have a Nuvision encite split 11 that I accidentally put a bios password on and when I cleared it, my tablet still asks me to enter a password. The old password doesnt work and neither does the password I use when I can log into the tablet does so I'm locked
out of using it.

The screen boots up with the Nuvision logo then immediately goes to a password box and I dont get an error code after 3 failed attempts

Methods for resetting an Insignia Tablet:

Method 1:

• Go to the Menu, find and select Settings.
• Go to Backup & Reset and tap Factory data reset.

Method 2:

• Power off the tablet fully
• Press and HOLD the Volume + button
• While still holding the Volume + button, press the Power button until the screen illuminates and shows Insignia.
• Then release the power button only
• Continue holding Volume+ until one of two screens appear:

A screen appears with only an Android mascot in the background. If this happens simply let go of volume + and press it one time. You should then see the screen shown in item 'B'

6. Use Volume - to select "wipe data / Factory reset" and press the power button to select it

7. Use Volume - to select "Yes -- delete all user data" and press the power button to select it

8. Following the reset, the device should boot up and go through the initial setup process again as when it just

came out of the box

In general Method 2 is more successful . . .
