    ClearType blue and yellow colored words - windows folders


    I bought a TV, QN90B, which has BGR subpixel layout. So I'm using Windows ClearType and it works great in Firefox. All text in Firefox, no matter the website so far as I have tested in the last few days is displayed in proper black/gray/white. Not a single blue or yellow letter out of place.But on Windows, for example on Folders, I get blue and yellow words which look really silly. I understand the basics of how ClearType works, but this doesn't seem right. How come Firefox displays everything perfectly and Windows does not??     Changing the COLOR from yellow for links to dark blue ?????

    How do I change the COLOR from YELLOW for links that is under Tools, Internet Options, Appearance Colors, for the LINKS that are now YELLOW to make the COLOR dark blue ?

    Tools, Internet Options, Appearance - Colors ?

    I suggest you to try the steps provided below and check if it helps.

    How to Make Text Easier to Read using ClearType in Windows 10

    • To get to the ClearType take an entry to the
      Control Panel and select the Display option.
    • On the right pane of the Display window click on
      Adjust ClearType Text link.
    • A ClearType Text Tuner window will appear on your screen. Select the
      checkbox Turn on ClearType and click
      Next button to go to the next step
    • After turning on the ClearType
      Text Tuner, you will see five windows exhibiting the samples of the text that you wish to set.
    • So click Next on the following five sample windows by selecting your required text type.
    • On the appearance of last window click Finish after completing the tuning of the text for your monitor.
