    Feature suggestion: Add right-click menu

Suggestion: Please add a Windows 7 Jump-List and/or right-click menu to the GPU-Z icon in the Windows taskbar. Possible menus in it would be "Exit" and "About GPU-Z...".
Maybe also "Switch to tab 1/Switch to tab 2/Switch to videocard 1/Switch to videocard 2" too.
Examples of programs that have such menus are ICQ, Skype, AIM.

NOTE: It seems for a right-click menu, Windows 7 is not needed - it works on WinXP and Vista too.
But even a Windows 7 Jump-list may be good enough.
    What do you think?

    System Icons on taskbar

    Hi,

Thank you for posting on Microsoft Communities.

Are you referring to the clock system icon on the taskbar?

If so, I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below:

    • Click on the search bar on the taskbar.

    • Type system icons.

    • Under Turn System Icons ON or OFF, turn On the Clock and check with the issue.

    Hope it helps.

Clicking on taskbar icon of app doesn't always switch it to the foreground

How to bring other apps to foreground when Chrome is in foreground?

Well, it sounds ridiculously simple, "Click the icon, dummy!" - and I've done that for 25 years ;-)

But "suddenly" this is no longer working:

    • have a running app with one window or multiple windows opened
    • hover over taskbar icon
    • preview of app-window appears
    • click that window (or right-click and select "Maximize" or click icon in taskbar) - app does NOT come to foreground. Even AltTab-switching can't do it.

I have made sure that the current window is not forced to be on top and I disabled all window-related utilities that might interfere. It seems to affect all apps, most famous ones being Visual Studio Code or Evernote) - but only if they're in background AND if Chrome is in foreground.

Did I miss a Update announcement? Are there new config-options which might affect this? How can I get back the "good old" behaviour?

Update 1: unfortunately it's not as easy as I thought. It just happened that Chrome was in Foreground and I could task-switch. Don't know how I managed to change mode without knowing - will try to observe the behaviour and update the issue if I find anything...
