    Hail:- My system: Company Desktop PC.- OS: Win 11 Enterprise LTSC IoT 24H2 b:26100.3775, registered to the company.When I click on a .TXT file, Windows always uses the old Notepad, when then nags about the new Notepad version.That the old one does this, is kind of logical, that Windows then always uses the old Notepad, rather than the new one, not that much!!!Settings ⇨ Advanced Settings ⇨ Opening Files is set to "Open in a new tab".I Googled into this, but all I get, result-wise is "Revert to old Notepad" links, which, obviously, is not what I was looking for.None of the several I opened sp

  2. Notepad - Cant drag and drop to open txt

    Normally, if I have notepad open, I would be able to click and drag an appropriate file into notepad, like a txt file, and it would open in notepad. Now, when I click and drag files into notepad, nothing happens.

    Any Suggestions

    I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.



    Below are the steps on how to create Mail Recipient in the Sent To list.

    1. Press Windows Key + R.

    2. Type in the Search bar %appdata%\microsoft\windows\sendto

    3. Right Click on the space in the middle of the window

    4. Click New.

    5. Click Text Document

    6. Open the txt file in notepad, type in there 'Mail', and save the file as "Mail Recipient.MAPIMail"
