Windows 10: ClickPad hand gestures not working

Using an HP Pavilion x360 13-inch touchscreen laptop right now. Earlier, the clickpad used to support gestures such as scrolling, but none of them work right now. However, on the other os, i.e Ubuntu, all the gestures work fine. This problem appeared before I installed Ubuntu by the way. Any help on how to fix this?

Hi

I have a Vaio multi flip 15 with synaptics clickpad that supports multi gestures but I don't have new windows 10 gestures could anyone tell me how to get them working

How to get three-finger gestures to work on the Microsoft All-in-One Media Keyboard?

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

1) Have you enabled the three figure gestures in settings?

If not, I suggest you to enable it and check.

• Open Settings and choose "Devices"
• Choose "Mouse & touchpad" from the left hand pane.
• Then in the right hand pane scroll all the way to the bottom where you'll find two boxes relating to three-finger gestures.
• Choose your preferred settings.

I understand that you are unable to use the three fingers swiping feature not working after updating the version of Windows. We will need some clarity on this issue to guide you accordingly. Hence, kindly respond to the questions
below.

1. What is the make and model of the PC?
   
2. Which touchpad driver is installed on the PC?
   

I would suggest you to check the gesture settings in the touchpad settings. Follow the steps to check for the gesture settings.

1. Open Settings > Devices > Mouse.

1. Now on the right hand side click on
   Additional mouse settings.
   
2. Select the Device settings tab and click on
   Settings.
